About Us
The Rabbit Residence Rescue is a rescue for domestic rabbits only in Great Chishill, Hertfordshire. We have many bonded pairs & trios, single bucks & does of all ages. Our rabbits have had full vaccinations, and have been spayed/ neutered.
We care for approximately 100 unwanted or neglected domestic rabbits at any one time.

Housing requirements:-
Minimum 2mx3m (at least 1m tall) predator proof space. Enclosures must have 16g weld mesh with holes no larger than 1/2’ x 1 inch, be placed on hard standing to ensure they are dig proof & ideally be walk in with a solid roof. Adequate provision of good quality unlimited hay, a variety of suitable enrichment & access to a rabbit savvy vet is also required.
Admission Policy
Open Saturday by appointment only.
How You Can Help Us
Volunteering one off or regular days, to do tasks such as DIY, painting, weeding, cleaning out enclosure’s & fundraising.
