Description: A lovely older gent, looking for a lady to spend his retirement with. Herbert has just lost his bonded partner Ethel and we’re now looking to find him a nice home with a rabbit friend.
General health: Herbert lives a slightly slower paced life due to his slower than average heart rate. We’ve had this looked into by a specialist and due to his breeding he has an unusually large stomach which causes his heart to pump a bit slower. He’s also a bit sneezy, but the vet has never found a solution to this and it doesn’t seem to affect his life.
Temperament: Herbert is an easy going fellow, the vets have always said what a nice calm rabbit he is. Bonding him was really easy, no aggression shown from him at all.
Type of home wanted: Herbert currently lives as an outdoor bunny, as long as his new home has sufficient space for him to hop around, we’ll be very happy.
